About Stefan

Stefan has been a chiropractor for over 30 years, having graduated from the RMIT college of Chiropractic, in Melbourne, Australia. He studied five years full time and graduated in 1992.

He's always been a bit obsessed with exercise and fascinated with what you can do to fix yourself.

Stefan firmly believes that if you're proactive, you can prevent the common ailments that plague people in modern society.

There are aspects of Yoga, Pilates, and Physical Therapy that Stefan loves, but none of them by themselves were enough.

He noticed that over the last 30 years the conditions that people came into his office with began to change. Posture in particular, especially when looking at devices, began to influence people's health more.

So, in 2019 he decided to help people who didn't have access to musculoskeletal professional help... and Body Fix Exercises was born on YouTube.

In 2023 he decided to take one step more and help people with an in-depth coaching program. In the program Stefan guides people with posture related issues—like neck, shoulder, & upper back pain—to discover their root problem and correct it. All using science-backed mobilising, stretching, & strengthening exercises… so they can feel straight, strong, flexible, & pain free again, and get back to doing what they love.

Stefan loves to travel and he and his wife have explored more than 100 countries. He currently lives in Barcelona, with his gorgeous wife Tanya and BFE's mascot and mentor, Sebas the Siamese wonder cat. Late at night, in the quiet of his home, you'll usually find him on his mat, exploring new exercises with Sebas' assistance.
